Making Korean pickled garlic/peppers


I cannot resist Korean food and i cho-ha GARLIC! Lots of them. Love the soy based dipping sauce with meat so i thought i should try it out on my own. This might encourage me to do more home-cooked meals to have it with the garlic/peppers.

I had gotten this recipe here, from KIMCHI MOM. Its for garlic but i thought the jalepanos / green peppers / green chillies should work together just fine! Thought of adding onions too but i think i better get overly adventurous.
