Tom Yum Goong

I store-bought the tomyum Goong ingredients for NTUC. It’s so easy! you just have to get tomatoes, mushrooms and the seafood that you want.


The pack contains
lemongrass
Thai ginger
lime
chillies
shallots
leaves(actually i dont know what are they)

i chopped them up and threw them into the chicken stock base, boil, you throw the tomatos, boil, and then u add in the mushrooms. boil, and tadah!
i would recommend u throw the leaves much later cause at the end of it, it turned brown, not that appetising


It tasted delicious!!

I super love clear tomyum soup!
